Terms of service
Effective October 18, 2026
Monthkind is a business document collection service operated by Peterson Group Enterprises LLC, a Florida company. By creating a firm workspace and accepting these terms, you agree to use the service under the terms below and confirm that you have authority to act for the firm. Contact info@pgeholdingsllc.com for support or billing questions.
Early access
Registration and secure account setup are currently available without a charge. Client records, paid activation, document uploads, and reminders remain paused while the remaining security and recovery checks are completed. Do not enter real client financial information until the app explicitly enables those features.
The service
Monthkind provides client records, monthly document checklists, private upload links, document review, and transactional reminders. The current plan has one owner login per firm. You create the checklists for each month; the service does not automatically create next month's checklist or perform bookkeeping, tax preparation, or financial advice. Email delivery times and recipient inbox placement are not guaranteed.
Subscription and allowances
The plan costs $27.99 USD per month per firm, billed in advance through Stripe and automatically renewed each month until canceled. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. There is no free trial unless explicitly stated in your checkout.
The plan includes unlimited client records, 5 GB of document storage per firm, and up to 1,500 client reminder emails per calendar month. A file may be up to 15 MB and must be PDF, JPEG, or PNG. Sign-in emails are separate from the client reminder allowance. Queued reminders reserve allowance; exceeding an allowance pauses the affected action rather than creating automatic overage charges.
Canceling and payment problems
You can cancel renewal through Billing in the app's Stripe customer portal, or contact support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Canceling does not automatically refund the current period. Contact us about a mistaken or duplicate charge; rights required by applicable law are unaffected.
Paid features require a current, paid subscription. If access ends or payment fails, new client activity, uploads, and reminders may stop. You can still sign in and download existing documents. Canceling is separate from deleting an account; contact support to request deletion.
Your responsibilities
Only upload information you are authorized to handle, and only request documents from clients with whom you have a legitimate relationship. Provide any notices and obtain any permissions required for your use. Use reminders for requested bookkeeping documents, not bulk marketing or unsolicited outreach. Protect your email account, enrolled passkeys and client links; keep a spare passkey so you can recover access, revoke links when appropriate, and download copies of records you need to retain.
Do not upload malware, exploit the service, bypass limits, impersonate others, or use Monthkind unlawfully. Do not upload passwords, full payment card credentials, or information unrelated to the requested bookkeeping work. Monthkind is not designed as a medical record system or a long-term records archive.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and display it as necessary to provide the service and act on your instructions. Our privacy policy explains the relevant data handling. The demo is a separate simulation with fictional records and does not store real documents.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, provider outages, or errors may interrupt it. The service is provided as available without a guaranteed service level. We may restrict accounts used for abuse or security threats. We will provide reasonable notice of material plan or price changes before they apply to a future renewal.
Responsibility and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, we do not make implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Florida law governs these terms except where applicable law requires otherwise.
